Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Carrier Delays
LayWell™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
